The Challenge
To modernize and standardize a massive library of existing training materials into a cohesive instructional ecosystem for international marriage retreats. This project required solving several key design and operational hurdles:
Complex Linguistic Adaptation: Managing meticulous version control across multiple dialects and scripts to ensure accurate adaptation for Traditional and Simplified Chinese, as well as Mandarin and Cantonese audio-visuals.
Standardizing Global Delivery: Transforming disjointed, basic documents into a scalable, turn-key multimedia curriculum that facilitators worldwide could deploy effortlessly.
Asset Management and Compliance: Elevating the perceived value of the educational assets into high-end textbooks while maintaining strict copyright compliance across a high volume of materials.
The Solution
I developed an extensive multimedia ecosystem, including three textbook manuals, interactive presentations, and instructional videos. This project required meticulous version control for Traditional and Simplified Chinese, as well as audio-visual coordination for Mandarin and Cantonese versions. The result is a professional, scalable curriculum that serves families globally.
